		<description>Fisheries are declining around the world. Politicians and corporate wonks argue the most mundane points to avoid cleaning up the most endangered fishing areas. Asian fishermen still drag net. It is no wonder that our ecosystem is on the decline. I doubt that there will ever be a real attempt at resolving any of the issues that are behind falling fish population, that is until we are faced with a drastic situation.</description>
